Following the demise of New Street Adventure, the talented Nick Corbin has taken stock and is beginning to work out his next adventure on the scene. With two recent compositions included on Jack of All Trades the latest Lack of Afro release Nick is busy working on more new material with some collaboration from Mitch Ayling of The Milk. This brings me neatly on to tonight’s event, Nick Corbin’s first solo gig supporting The Milk.

The set was a semi electro acoustic performance where he showcased new material including two New Street Adventure songs. In front of an expectant crowd Nick settled quickly into the set delivering the heartfelt songs with all the emotion you would expect. The performance ended on a high note with a classic from the NSA catalogue ‘The Big AC’.

During the set Nick announced a future live show. This will be at the Pub in the Park which is being held at Royal Victoria Park, Bath on Friday 8th June. To stay informed about future gigs and new music following at @NickCorbinMusic or Nick Corbin – Music.
