This week the London Hippy starts us off with some brilliant new jazz; from Jeff Parker to London’s rising band the Tanhai Collective there’s something for lovers of classic and modern jazz. He also plays a record to mark the 55th Anniversary of King Crimson’s debut album, framed by some other prog meets jazz records.
In the second half of the show we celebrate the decade that made the London Hippy. The 2010s! Ranging from Hip Hop to Soul to Grungey King Krule it’s a look back at a decade that defied genres and blew his mind wide open with sound.
