Worldy tries its best to stay topical and comment on current events with music – if that sounds cringe, meh – don’t worry we don’t really pull it off. The records spin.
It’s raging wildfires in Los Angeles, California and our hearts break for the tragedy – there and also everywhere in the world suffering is ongoing without help or aid. We do what we can and play some 60’s folk rock from when LA was a different place – where Laurel Canyon was an artist refuge, at least until Charles Manson.
I also have some new Japanese comps – ‘Fishmans’ and ‘Pacific Breeze 3 from label favs Light In The Attic’ and Dom comes to the Cafe Atlas Obscura armed with new releases.
