This week on IN THE POCKET, we celebrate the life of Stephen “Cat” Coore, co-founder of Third World, who passed away this week, with Third World as the featured artist and a trio of their songs woven through the set.
Fresh off a trip to Spain, I’m also leaning into Balearic sounds, spotlighting giants of that scene like José Padilla and Kiko Navarro, alongside sun-drenched edits and soulful grooves.
It’s still Jazzuary, so expect plenty of jazz-rooted selections connecting reggae, global soul, and Balearic moods into one flowing session.
