This week the London Hippy kicks off the year by paying homage to a lot of artists in varying ways.
First he tips his hat to five musicians he thinks will have an exciting 2025; varying from Jazz to RnB, Soul, Funk and Indie these five are either going to release something exciting or be recognised for projects from 2024 in a big way.
Then we pay our respects to the Record Label of The Week, Wah Wah 45s, who just celebrated their 25th year releasing awesome music. And lastly we start a new segment, “Five from 1975”, where every week I’ll be playing songs from 50 years ago because I absolutely adore music from that era.
