And What? LDN – the collective, platform & label questions the standard model for a collective and puts a unique spin on the modern music platform.
Run by artists, engineers & creatives, as well as their solo careers the crew design forward thinking musical experiences – virtual & IRL – hosting inclusive & expansive events as well as live streams, podcast & radio shows.
The collective has held events around the capital and UK (Hootananny, Volks Brighton, Chip Shop & Grow Hackney) and performed at events held by Noisily Festival, the V&A Museum & Breakin Convention.
The crew is made up of musicians, DJs, MCs, vocalists, live electronic artists, producers & videographers formed in 2015 and based in London. Artists who’ve performed for us: DJ Maseo (De La Soul), Harleighblu, Mysdiggi, Shumba Youth & Logic Peoples Army.
Our favourite track is by Isaac B & Ohno Da French – All About Me. We picked this because it sums up who we are and what we do so well. The energy of the lyrics, the wavey baselines, sick video. All produced in-house, this was the 2nd release on the And What? LDN label, the coming together of so many artistic forces to just do what we always set out to do. Bring good music to the masses, we think Isaac, Ohno, Temple Visual and the rest of the gang nailed it!
